Atwater closure among reorganization possibilities

Committee decides on three recommendations to school board

After much discussion and debate, the grade reorganization committee chose three grade configurations to recommend to the school board, one of which would close Atwater and two more which would close SIS.

On Sunday December 6, the 30th annual arts and crafts fair was successful, thanks to the many athletes that helped to put it on. This year around $12,000 was made from admissions, bake sale revenue, entry fee for artists, and more.

Saturday, December 8, 2009 marked the day of Shorewood’s Annual Holiday Shopwalk, which included ice sculptures, free trolley rides, strolling carolers, and even a special visit from Santa.
